gem install pgすると失敗する。yum install postgresql-develでも解消しない。
gem install pgすると以下のエラーが出ます。
実行しているのはEC2でOSはAmazon Linuxです。

libpqを含むファイルがなかったのでこれが原因なのではないかと思い、以下を実行しましたがインストールできませんでした。
$ sudo yum install libpq-dev
読み込んだプラグイン:priorities, update-motd, upgrade-helper

パッケージ libpq-dev は利用できません。
libpq-devがないためgem install pgでエラーが起きるのでしょうか？
上記が理由の場合どのようなコマンドでインストールできるでしょうか？
gem install pgのエラーを解決したいです。
