CollectionViewで画像が表示されない

下記のようにコードを書いたのですが、CollectionViewのセルに画像が表示されません。コードのどこが間違っているのでしょうか？ちなみにStoryboardのセルのidentifierとdequeueReusableCellWithReuseIdentifierは一致しています。どなたか分かる方、教えていただきたいです。すみませんが、よろしくお願いします。
